Dru Yoga in Whitley Bay from May 17th
From May 17th it’s once again allowed to organise face-to-face classes: so Yoga is away from the screen and back in the studio. I’ve considered for some time which of my classes I want to resume. To be honest I’ve quite enjoyed having a lot of time for myself. But I do love teaching and it feels like the right thing to do to share this beautiful practice that is Dru Yoga. I’ve also learned that through teaching the teacher becomes more in tune with the nuances of yoga practice and it remains my privilege to be able to offer Dru Yoga.
New Stuff
Over the last year I have additionally studied and graduated in Breathwork and Gravity Yoga – whilst these are not currently offered as individual classes, the principles are included in each class as appropriate for a unique experience. In addition I am currently undergoing a year-long teacher training course in Dru Meditation and will be offering this later in the year.
Zoom?
I’ve learned that for some that picking up a regular class online is an excellent option – and for yet others they’re not quite ready to return to in-person classes until they’ve been fully vaccinated – and I plan to offer options for those people too.
