REcharge

Current times are challenging; whether we’re still going out to work, working from home, furloughed, looking after children or self-isolating alone. A lot of us are prioritising other things and our own personal health and wellbeing is bottom of the list.

We have brought together five wellbeing practitioners who will lead sessions to cover many aspects of wellness and help you de-stress and recharge.

  • Inner Strength Yoga – settling your mind and body with some flowing Dru Yoga. Focusing on the Dru Water Sequence which helps balance the emotions and hormones
  • Simply Diet – understanding why we snack and why we are constantly thinking about food in lockdown. Get some top tips and take back some control over your snacking, ready to face new challenges fitter and healthier
  • Hildy Harland dance – freeing your body of techniques and over thought allowing both body and mind to completely relax to explore and express your subconscious and true feeling and mood through movement. Dancing your stress away and moving freely without over thinking in a judgement free environment and often get a great workout without even noticing
  • Michelle Minnikin happiness – sharing some actions that you can take to live a happier, more fulfilling life. Discussing some simple daily activities that can increase your wellbeing and benefit you and your loved ones
  • Hummingbird Hypnotherapy – delivering a mind calm session using natural hypnosis. During the session you will have a chance to reflect upon your day, your thoughts, feelings and end with a boost of self belief and confidence.

We’ll be running the event on Zoom and a joining link will be sent to participants a few days before the event.

There will be time to take breaks, including a lunch break, throughout the event. Our presenters will also be recorded. Participants will get a link to the recordings after the event. So, if you have to miss a bit and want to catch up, or want to review a session, you can easily do so.
