The Dru Yoga for a Healthy Back course is ideal for those with chronic non-specific back pain. Back pain is a major cause of loss of quality of life – resulting in an inability to sleep well, move freely and do many of the things we perhaps used to take for granted.

 

Coping with Back Pain

Perhaps you have been to the doctor and been told to take painkillers whilst you struggle by with a low-grade niggle. Many people turn to physiotherapy, chiropractic or osteopathy – and all of these are perfectly valid solutions offering excellent solutions to your back pain. Unfortunately musculo-skeletal pain can rumble on for years and becomes something we learn to live with, reducing our expectations of what we can do – and hence limiting our enjoyment of life.

 

Dru Yoga for a Healthy Back

Dru yoga focuses on the body with you in the driving seat. Gentle, flowing movements proven over years to positively impact the health of the spine as well as the body and mind in a broader sense.

All movements can be modified to maximise comfort as your body gradually becomes more mobile.

There are no prerequisites to join our beginners course.

 

Dru Yoga for a Healthy Back – Beginners Course

The new format for our beginner course is as follows –

A free 20 minute discovery call – for you and I to discuss your existing condition and whether or not this course is for you.

Level 1 is a 3 week course comprising daily instruction min-lessons so you can learn the moves at your own pace; you will have unlimited access to these videos A weekly hour long class will put the moves together and the hour class will conclude with a Dru deep relaxation.   Cost for Level 1 is £95.

 

Level 2 follows the same format and is a further 3 week duration. The cost for Level 2 is £95.

 

Both levels 1 and 2 are provided as individual or group sessions with the group sessions incurring a reduced fee.

 

Level 3 has 2 options – You may join our regular class, with or without access to a final set of explainer videos.
